TAX SEASON 2025 - PROCESS​
(1) Go to www.TaxBreakCPA.com
(2) Click on “CLIENT PORTAL”.
(3) Once you log in, upload your tax documents in “UPLOAD YOUR DOCUMENTS HERE” folder.
(4) Go to www.TaxBreakCPA.com and click on “DONE: TAX DOCS UPLOADED”.
City of Los Angeles - Tax Registration and Payment - deadline 02/28/2026 - Passed​
If your business falls within the City of Los Angles tax boundaries, you need to register and pay your City Business Taxes:
​(1) Check if your business is within the tax area of the City of Los Angeles (click HERE)
(2) If Yes, you need to register with the City of Los Angeles (click HERE)
(3) Report to the Los Angeles City Office of Finance to pay your taxes, or file for an exemption (FAQs - click HERE)

* If you are filing past the stated deadline, the City may assess late fees.​

To better serve you and make our time together as productive as possible, we’ve streamlined our appointment structure. We now offer two types of appointments to reflect the level of ongoing support each client receives.​
​FREE Appointments - Clients on Monthly Service Plans
If you are enrolled in one of our monthly service plans, you are entitled to book free appointments as part of your package. These are included in your plan and can be used for check-ins, consultations, or strategic planning—whenever you need guidance throughout the year.​​​​​​​​​
​​​PAID Appointments - Clients NOT on Monthly Service Plans
For clients not currently on a monthly plan, appointments are still available and can be scheduled as needed. However, these will now be billed at our standard hourly consultation rate. This change helps us ensure dedicated time and support for all clients while prioritizing those who are engaged in ongoing services.
Our current billing rate is: $60.00 per each 15-min increment.​
International Clients
To facilitate work with clients in Europe and other parts of the world, we have set aside special time slots that may be more convenient in your time zone. Please use the link below to schedule a Discovery Meeting if you reside outside of the USA.
