We offer two types of meetings to best serve our clients' needs.
Complimentary meetings are included as part of your tax preparation appointment or monthly service agreement—these are designed to support ongoing planning and provide answers related to your active services. For clients without an ongoing agreement, we offer paid Discovery Meetings on a pay-as-you-go basis. These sessions allow for in-depth discussion and expert guidance, and the fee is fully credited toward any services you choose to move forward with.
DISCOVERY MEETING
Ready to get started? Click here to book your Discovery Meeting and take the first step toward personalized financial guidance. Our meeting / consultation billing rate is $60.00 per 15 minute increment, and your Discovery meeting fee will be fully credited toward future services.
SERVICE MEETING
This is a paid personalized meeting to assist you with any administrative or processing needs. Contact us to help you log on to the IRS website, process payments, or any other tax or accounting related issues you need assistance with. One of our staff members will be available to assist you. The Service meeting / consultation with a staff member billing rate is $45 per 15 minute increment. Your approval will be needed for meetings extending over the initial 15-minutes.
COMPLIMENTARY MEETINGS FOR EXISTING CLIENTS - MONTHLY PLAN AND TAX APPOINTMENTS
Consultations are FREE of charge as listed in your monthly agreement. One tax appointment is included with your tax return filing fee. Additional appointments are billed as per the company's current billing rates.
International Clients
To facilitate work with clients in Europe and other parts of the world, we have set aside special time slots that may be more convenient in your time zone. Please use the link below to schedule a Discovery Meeting if you reside outside of the USA.
